I am a American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer, one of the most respected, evidence-based certifications in the fitness industry. This training grounds my work in current exercise science, safety, and best practice.  Combined with years of real-world Training, Coaching & a whole-health lens, this ensures what you get is an effective, whole person approach.
